SHIPPING
Shipping to UK will change from January 2011. Smaller orders will be sent via first class recorded delivery at a cost of £1.75. If heavier items or higher value jewellery items are added to your order the delivery charge is £5.00 (sent via special delivery). Shipping costs outside the UK vary, please contact us for more information. Shipping for smaller orders is usually via Royal Mail (UK). Unfortunately on very rare occasions Royal Mail have been known to 'lose' items. Whilst this is extremely unfortunate we cannot be held responsible should this be the case. We shall however endeavour to assist in any way that we can to aide you in the recovery of your parcel. If you would prefer your order to be dispatched using a different shipping method, please contact us for additional costs. There is a minimum online order value of £10 sterling (excluding postage). You will normally receive your order within 2 working days from dispatch but please allow 7 working days - UK and 7-21 days - Worldwide (delivery times may be slightly longer during busier periods i.e. Christmas). Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays. Our office hours are Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 6pm, so if you place your order on either Sunday or Monday it will not be picked up until the following Tuesday. We will back order your item if it is not in stock and send it as soon as it comes in to stock.
You will be emailed after 30 days with the option to cancel your order for a full refund if you would rather not wait.
RETURNS
Unfortunately body jewellery items cannot be returned for health & hygiene reasons (body jewellery is classed as any jewellery that is worn in the body - this includes earrings etc). Other products (such as necklaces, bracelets, rings etc) can only be returned if they are un-opened, un-used and in the original packaging, otherwise we cannot accept them. You must inform us within 2 working days of receipt if you do not wish to keep the product(s) and they must be returned to us within 7 working days. The expense and insurance in transit in this instance will be the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the returned product(s) your order will be refunded in full minus the cost of the postage and 10% administration fee. All products are thoroughly inspected before being dispatched to ensure their quality but in the unlikely event of the product being faulty, we will send out a replacement upon our receipt of the faulty product or issue you with a refund which will include the cost of the return postage.
SPECIALLY ORDERED ITEMS
Some items are not kept in stock on the premises as they are not used in our studio. If this is the case and your item is specifically ordered in for you, then it is unable to be returned as we are unable to return it to the supplier. Please ensure you order is correct before checkout. |
